Flow

Basic Flow - Create a strong foundation for your yoga practice linking basic postures together in a flowing sequence with breath and thoughtful movement. All-levels welcome!

Mixed Level Flow - An all-levels vinyasa flow class where everyone is welcome to practice at their own level! Breath and movement are linked together in a flowing sequence. More advanced than our Basic Flow, but teachers will offer plenty of variations and modifications.

Candlelight Flow - A gentle flow set to soothing music and the warm glow of candlelight. The perfect way to wind down your day! All levels welcome.

Yoga for Well Being - This mixed level flow class encourages students to work at their own level and pace. Short guided meditations and breathing exercises may be offered. This practice promotes overall well being and is beneficial for aging bodies. 

Hatha

Basics - This is a great place to build and maintain a strong foundation for your yoga practice. All-levels class, beginners are welcome! This class is usually taught without music and is not a flow class.

All Level Hatha - An all-levels class usually taught without music and is not a flow class! Teachers will offer variations and modifications, so everyone can practice at their own level. More challenging than our Basics class, but very suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis. 

Gentle

Yin - This is a great class for those wishing to gain or maintain flexibility. Props are incorporated to help sustain longer held stretching postures. Suitable for all-levels.

Restorative - Gentle stretching and restorative postures allow the body to relax, unwind and rejuvenate. Props are incorporate to help sustain poses with added comfort.

Gentle Flow and Stretch - A slow and gentle flow practice with modifications for all levels and a thoughtful approach to safely build strength and flexibility, while reducing stress and anxiety. Beginners welcome!

Gentle - This softer class moves at a slow, steady pace through reclined and seated poses, and may include a few standing poses. Ideal for anyone working with injuries, limited range of motion, and beginners. All levels welcome.
